Puerto Rico
Puerto Rico is a hot spot for women’s golf in the Caribbean. With beautiful beach sand just about everywhere you look, your golf game can’t get any better. The island’s best-known golf complex is a foursome of Robert Trent Jones Sr. courses shared by the Hyatt Hacienda Del Mar. All four layouts bear Jones’ signature runway tees, ample bunkering, and big, sculpted greens, but with the unmistakable island flavoring of wind, ocean views and lagoons. Another golf resort with double the fun is Four Points by Sheraton Palmas del Mar Resort, the island’s largest resort/residential community. In addition, one of the island’s most dramatic settings belongs to the elegant El Conquistador Resort – Waldorf Astoria Collection. Perched on a 300-foot bluff overlooking the ocean, the resort has commanding views in all directions and a variety of lodging styles in lush tropical settings. And the list goes on as Puerto Rico is filled with beautiful courses.
